Mr. Cook is a graduate of West Virginia University, holding a bachelors and masters degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering. He is a professional engineer in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He began his career in 2005 and has gained experience in various aspects of the oil and gas industry. His experience has been with large and small oil and gas operators. He has worked extensively with production operations with several different types of wells including conventional, coal bed methane, and shale. He has also worked on drilling rigs as an onsite consultant and drilling engineer.
