This course will alert the reader of the tactics that are commonly used to deny and delay payment to the contractor. The course discusses strategies for achieving prompt payment for the work performed. By being prepared and anticipating the mechanisms the owner will employ to cheat the contractor and countering them with successful tactics will greatly improve the chances of being paid on time and in full. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course
If you are registered as a Professional Surveyors or Mappers in the state of Missouri, you need to take this course under Course G103D in Surveying & Mapping Category.
* This course is acceptable to all the state PE boards except the New York State PE & PLS Board.
