This course is designed to give the practicing land surveyor an overview of the basics of water boundary law. Navigability and Tides are discussed in addition to the concepts of gaining property or losing property due to the action of the water.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
This PDH online course is approved by NJ LS Board.
