This 3-hour course intends to describe the Building Automation System (BAS) for commercial buildings. BAS represent the state of art microprocessor based technology, which integrates the security, fire protection, electrical, telecommunication and HVAC systems at one centralized location. BAS ensures efficient, comfortable and safe environment in the building. The course is intended for use primarily to the students, end users, consultants, architects, contractors and HVAC designers. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
