If you are like me, you will find there is room for improvement. I trust you will find this easy to read, assimilate and a thought provoking course. This course is intended to give insights relative to engineering project management of people. It is written in a conversational style. The traditional formal technical writing has been abandoned to add interest while providing subject content. The addition of the non-linear effect of personnel and their responses require we understand and motivate them. The actual case studies provide a picture of how people think and react to you. This course explores the importance of our people and how to deal with them.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
