course provides the user with an overview of EPA's chemical accident prevention
provisions, 40 CFR part 68, which governs the management of processes involving
highly hazardous chemicals in regards to preventing chemical accidents that
may cause harm to the public or the environment. The course will show the conditions
that will trigger compliance to the CAP provisions and give a brief description
of the specific provisions.
