Mr. Nowacki is an adjunct professor and strategic management consultant. For 8 years he has lectured at Southern Methodist University in the Mechanical Engineering Department. He specializes in finance and strategic planning and lectures graduate engineers in these areas. He is teaching or has taught at Texas A&M-Commerce, University of Dallas, Texas Woman’s University, Troy University and Florida Institute of Technology.
David Nowacki is a graduate engineer (Civil Engineer) with advanced degrees in Business (M.B.A. and M.S. Finance; doctoral coursework completed toward Ph.D.). Mr. Nowacki began his engineering career as a structural design engineer after graduating from Louisiana State University. Later, he entered the reinsurance industry helping worldwide insurers underwrite large property and construction projects. After graduate school, Mr. Nowacki entered the “financial engineering” arena as one of the first derivatives specialists in the nation with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Since that time he has been involved with mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, venture capital and developing new technologies including funding and sourcing capital and customers.
