Mr. Kromke is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a licensed professional engineer in numerous states. Currently working for a consulting engineering firm, he has led engineering teams on many large-scale projects. His career has exposed him to many different types of construction materials and techniques, and has often assessed existing structures for remediation. With his roots in prefabricated steel structures, Mr. Kromke was previously an engineering manager of a metal building systems fabricator.

Mr. Kromke has long had a passion for teaching and passing on knowledge to the next generation. Throughout his career, he has been the featured speaker at company seminars and training sessions.
