Ms Paschetto is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Master’s) and Northeastern University (Bachelor’s). She is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York State. Ms Paschetto began her engineering career in 2002. Since then she has gained significant experience in the analysis, design, and investigation of structures, construction materials particularly aluminium and steel, and entertainment rigging. She routinely works on unusual projects for the theatre and entertainment industry.

In addition to her professional experience in structural engineering, Ms Paschetto is a voting member of the Rigging Working Group of PLASA, an entertainment industry group. She has recently helped to write two important technical standards for PLASA which are in review for adoption by ANSI and the International Code Committee.
