PDHonline Course Provider Biography
Mr. Anders is a 1982 graduate of the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), and is a licensed professional engineer in Tennessee, and Virginia. His career began in the classic geotechnical field, and expanded to the general civil/environmental field. He has provided engineering services on projects in the Southeast, mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions of the United States. These services have included engineering design for foundations, pavements, public works and utilities, landfill disposal facilities, solid waste management facilities, and site remediation, as well as construction testing and/or construction quality control and quality assurance services for public, commercial, industrial, and governmental clients.
Mr. Anders is a former national instructor for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), has provided technical presentations at seminars and trade shows, and has five publications to his credit.
