Mr. Schrader is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. Mr. Schrader began his engineering career in 1981. Since then he has gained significant experience in the analysis, design, fabrication, testing and production of various mechanical machines and devices. He is a Project Mechanical Engineer experienced with mechanical structures, conveyors, mobile hydraulics, automated electro-mechanical components, pneumatics, electrical circuits, and piping for mobile machinery, including the testing of various jet engines, large-scale submarine models, and prototyping mechanical devices. He is proficient with computer-aided design programs, including Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Draftsight.

He has 25+ years of expertise in hydraulics, mechanical systems, structures, schematics, piping systems, electrical circuits, heat transfer, materials science, composites, stress, strain and fatigue, static and dynamic loading, instrumentation, drive systems, corrosion control, FEA, and mechanical motion control. As an engineering manager, he has mentored several engineers to further professional development and career advancement.
