This course presents the reasons that the square root of three (√3) is used in three-phase electrical calculations. Topics that are covered include three-phase wye-delta voltages, line currents, balanced and unbalanced delta-connected and wye-connected loads, KVA ratings of transformer banks, and three-phase voltage drop calculations.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
