An in-depth study of the Instrument Index (INSTR INDEX) used in the listing of control equipment used in engineering of a process control system for the operation of a production facility, the reasons that it is required, the requirements for its development and how it is so important for continued operation and maintenance of almost all manufacturing plants. The INSTR INDEX is the database for all Instrument & Control devices used in the construction and maintenance of Chemical, Petrochemical, Synthetic fiber, Pulp & Paper, Plastic, Nuclear, and Water & Waste-Treatment facilities. This course will present the latest in ISA (International Society of Automation) standards for use in the development of the INSTR INDEX.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
