This 5-hour course explains the operation of fuel cells and how they may be used in stationary applications for electric power generation. The course describes the basic operation and components used in fuel cells and describes each major fuel cell type in detail, including chemical reactions, design, operating temperatures, efficiency, and challenges to commercialization.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
