In just under 20 years, LEED has become the international standard for the design, construction, and operation of high-performance structures. LEED v4 builds on the fundamentals of previous versions while offering a new system that prepares all LEED projects in a portfolio to perform at a higher level. In this webinar, we will learn about the fundamental concepts of building green and the essence of sustainable development. In addition, we will review changes from LEED v2009 to LEED v4. This course is intended to help architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners understand all aspects of green buildings, from conservation of natural resources to wise use of energy, improvement of air quality to the development of livable communities.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials. All quiz questions are reviewed during the webinar. You are guaranteed to pass this quiz.
