Modular homes are becoming more and more popular because of their lower construction cost and better quality control compared to stick-built homes. Modular houses are built in sections or “modules” in a factory. The three-dimensional modules are then transported to the site for assembly. This webinar provides a general overview of modular home construction, from foundation preparation to drywall installation to module assembly.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials. All quiz questions are reviewed during the webinar. You are guaranteed to pass this quiz.
