This course covers the Louisiana Standards of Practice for Boundary Surveys and 2016 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. The latter includes Table A - Optional Survey Responsibilities and Specifications. In addition to the minimum standards for property surveys, this course contains Louisiana Administrative Code Title 46 “Professional and Occupational Standards”.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
