The purpose of the course is to outline values and standards for working with integrity. Keller’s Code of Business Conduct sets out the standards of behavior expected of all employees, ensuring we continue to do business the right way. This course provides an overview of our ways of working, including health and safety, supporting employees’ rights and diversity, maintaining ethical and honest behavior, responsible communications, excellent customer service, working within the community, protecting our environment, and standing up for what is right.
