Leadership is very important aspect for design professionals. Peter Drucker once said: "Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things." Without proper leadership, you may end up wasting your team's time and efforts. In Part II of this leadership course series, we will discuss the applications of different leadership styles, review the leadership theories, expand leadership fundamentals, discuss how to develop the leadership pipeline in construction industry, and go over the best practices for recruiting and retaining the best leadership talent.
The course has a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
