Dominic P. Perrotta, P.E.
This course in project management is intended to improve the prospects for existing project managers and would-be project managers to manage a successful project. The definition of a “successful” project as defined in specific terms usually encompasses two phases: “being on time and being under budget”, and achieving a truly satisfactory end result. This course provides the necessary guidelines and techniques to achieve that goal.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
* This course is acceptable to all the state PE boards except the New York State PE & PLS Board.
NY PE & PLS: You must choose courses that are technical in nature or related to matters of laws and ethics contributing to the health and welfare of the public.
