Project management and quality verification are important parts of a successfully executed project. This course discusses project construction management (PCM), the preparation of a project construction plan and the construction management plan, and the basic requirements for the proper installation of site utilities, plumbing, concrete, drywall, structural steel, mechanical equipment, and electrical equipment. Course material includes basic schematics, diagrams, schedules, charts, and sample reports to assist project managers and construction managers in the quality verification process. You will learn what a project construction management system should be and how it works, and will gain valuable construction knowledge in many aspects.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
