Welcome to Atomic Habits: Becoming a Better Engineer through Small Habits, an online course based on the best-selling book Atomic Habits by James Clear. This course is designed to help professional engineers like you to develop powerful habits that will enhance your effectiveness, productivity, and satisfaction in your work and life.
Throughout this course, you will learn about the four laws of atomic habits, and how to use them to create lasting changes. You will discover how to identify the habits that matter most for engineers, and how to develop new habits that support your engineering goals. You will also learn about habit stacking and how to create a habit system that works for you, as well as how to overcome obstacles and maintain the momentum of your habit-building efforts.
The course has a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
