Do you need to be a better leader? The armed service focuses relentlessly on developing leaders and improving leadership. The U.S. Army leadership guidelines, Be-Know-Do, structures this course. The Know component is adapted for technology and engineering. All engineers have the potential to become leaders.
You are prepared to be an ethical leader first. Then, military leadership skills, converted for civilian use, are introduced in a “How To” format.
The Do or action component puts excellence in leadership into action. When followed, you will be a better, if not excellent leader, whether it is at home, Sunday school, or work.
A straight forward, helpful, quiz is designed to enhance your understanding of the course materials.
NY PE & PLS: You must choose courses that are technical in nature or related to matters of laws and ethics contributing to the health and welfare of the public. NY Board does not accept courses related to office management, risk management, leadership, marketing, accounting, financial planning, real estate, and basic CAD.
