This course is designed to meet the Florida Board of Professional Engineers continuing education requirement that a minimum of 1 PDH per renewal period must be devoted to study of recent changes (that affect engineering practice) in
Chapter 61G15 of the Florida Administrative Code – “Board of Professional Engineers Organization & Purpose”The course applies to the current biennial cycle, 2021-2023 (beginning March 1, 2021, and ending with the renewal deadline, February 28, 2023). The laws and rules changes described in the course went into effect during the immediately preceding biennium cycle (March 1, 2019 to February 28, 2021). Examples of recent disciplinary actions taken by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers are also included.
