State laws require that all licensed professionals become familiar with the rules regulating their professions. This course provides a review of the Texas Board Laws and Rules for Professional Engineers contained in Title 9 of Texas Statutes Occupations Code and Title 22, Part 6 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). According to TAC §137.17, a minimum of 1 PDH per renewal period must be in the area of professional ethics or board laws and rules. This course will help you fulfill this requirement.
