Sexual harassment in the workplace is an ongoing risk to the safety of your employees and your business. This course defines the term “sexual harassment” and explains the different forms it can take. Besides how to respond to and report sexual harassment, this course discusses whistleblower protections and employer responsibilities in the prevention, investigation, and corrective measures of sexual harassment.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials.
This course is designed to help you meet the minimum sexual harassment prevention training requirement in the state of Illinois.
