This one-hour self-study course introduces Massachusetts Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors to key provisions of 250 CMR governing professional practice, ethical conduct, sealing and supervision requirements, business practice, license renewal, land surveying standards, and enforcement procedures. It is intended to help practitioners understand their regulatory responsibilities and maintain compliant professional practice in Massachusetts. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
