Mr. January is a graduate of the University of Missouri and is a licensed Professional Engineer in 35 states and Puerto Rico. He is the lead scaffold designer for the largest scaffold company in North America. He is an expert in the scaffold design guidelines and recommendations set forth by OSHA (1926-Subpart 11) and ANSI 10.8.

In addition, he is a member of the Scaffold Access and Industry Association and committee member for composing the ANSI A.11 standards for testing procedures of scaffold components.
