Mr. Frederic G. Snider is a Registered Professional Geologist with more than 45 years experience in geology, geophysics, hydrogeology, geotechnical interpretations, site safety assessments, forensic investigations, the design and implementation of field exploration programs, support of regulatory, public and legal processes, and project management. His experience includes work on environmental projects and large engineering projects such as dams, nuclear plants, and fossil-fuel power facilities in the US and overseas.

Mr. Snider received a Bachelors Degree in Physics from Amherst College, Amherst, Massachusetts in 1972, and a Masters Degree in Geophysics from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Connecticut, in 1975. Mr. Snider has also completed numerous courses in electrical engineering at North Carolina State University and is fluent in a variety of computer languages on mainframes, personal computers and the world-wide web. He has developed numerous computational tools for creating 3D models of large engineering projects, instrument data processing and interpretation, and support of major dam safety studies.
