Jim Newton, P.E., DEE Bioretention is a terrestrial-based (upland as opposed to wetland), water quality and water quantity control practice using the chemical, biological, and physical properties of plants, microbes, and soils for the removal of pollutants from stormwater runoff. In this webinar, students will learn about the basics of bioretention design and construction. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials. NY PE & PLS: You must choose courses that are technical in nature or related to matters of laws and ethics contributing to the health and welfare of the public.
