Lean operation is all about adding value and removing waste. This webinar discusses "lean" as a management strategy that seeks to improve operational performance in terms of customer satisfaction, cost, quality, and delivery by focusing on the customer and eliminating waste, variability, and inflexibility. In this session, we will learn from nationally recognized experts on lean operations and manufacturing. In addition, we will reveal some lean strategies applicable to the engineering consulting business. This is an excellent opportunity to get the kick start you need on your lean journey.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials. All quiz questions are reviewed during the webinar. You are guaranteed to pass this quiz.
